You're like me Jul.......I could only go about 70 more miles on my tank............I stopped it at $55......would have taken some more................I really try not to let it go less than half but I REALLY hate spending money for gas.........

I hadn't noticed that Vision was doing SA, either. The last I heard was Europe short cruises. I want her to come back here for the 3/4 nighters! It's interesting that she's doing 3/4 night itineraries, too. Do the Brazilians really spend more onboard than we do, I wonder?

Would love the Vision to do 3/4 nighters.

Jean from what I observed and I think that Patti and Nancy will agree, the Brazilians are mostly looking for something for nothing. They did act like a mob when the $15 watches came out though. They do not buy shore excursions and many of us had ours cancelled from lack of interest. Many were taking stuff from the Windjammer and refilling water bottles after direct confrontation with staff members who tried to stop them. I would never be interested in short cruises from Brazilian ports and I feel like it's a waste of a perfectly good cruise ship which will need refurbished very quickly.

But on to more pleasant thoughts: We are off to church and then we will await the arrival of Nancy and Ken. We are looking forward to seeing them. CB here we come.

I will be booking tommorrow too, TA was busy all day Friday, so told them to call me Monday. I think I will fly in on Thursday night, if you don't mind putting up with me for one night! When is Bob supposed to be back? Has anyone heard from him?

Could finally see some blue skies yesterday, yay! Drove up to Kenwood to Jim's cousin's for a party, and it was actually sunny! Can't believe all the rain in the east, and we are bone dry here, it's just crazy!

Jean, Sheila is right about the Brazilians. They love to gamble...........but they do not spend money on drinks, spa appointments (the staff there on our cruise were really bored), shore excursions...........but they do like a bargain when the Shops on Board were selling those watches for $15.00 each. Our friends from Australia witnessed them, the night before debarkation, outside the WJ, taking boxes of teas, hot chocolate, plates, cups, silverware!!

They love to party...............sleep late..........eat late............party late!!! They want everything for nothing.

You know your saying about a Member's Cruise and how people act............well, that's exactly the attitude and the way the Brazilians conduct themselves.

Oh that is weird, I just tried it too?? I usually am posting from my webshots album and just copy and paste it in. But the hosting thing on cf is weird.

If you upload them to a free webshots album you can post them directly from there.

I know it used to work, they must have changed their format or something? Sorry. Been doing laundry, will check back. I really like webshots though. Very easy.
