NOPE.........because LauraS told me that my excuse is always that I am correcting her about the bad and incorrect info she is putting out there. My gosh.....but it's the truth.

When The Awesome1 was banned for life..........MACOP was born.....and the people who should be in control.......turned and looked the other way. That's the sad part about this whole situation that PH8 and myself are faced with.

I agree, Diane. We booked this cruise the first day bookings opened and had no clue it was a Member's Cruise...so any "surprises" we get will be much appreciated.

Where did the weekend go??? Oh well, just gets us closer to cruising!

Good Morning everyone!

Had a busy weekend! Sherry really liked the tote bag for her Birthday.

I've started some packing, this is our first 14 day cruise, so I am really panicing about what to bring! Plus, I have not lost enough weight to wear some of the things I wanted to, so I am a bit drepressed.

Had a fight with my middle sister yesterday, she is very jealous of Sherry and me, and I really am at a loss.

I think I need a group hug!

Good Morning All, Busy day ahead with Alex starting school tomorrow and the need to go by the school district to check on a few loose threads.

I worked most the day yesterday to get the guest room back in condition to set up suitcases and start collecting stuff in one area. When daughter passed away in May my grandson came to live with me and everything in the den (now his bedroom) had to come out of there and got dumped into the guest room. I work slow, sometimes really slow to get things done. Anyway the guest room is back in order and I can now leave the door open again.

After you pack four or five times you'll figure out what to really take with you, least that is how I usually end up.

All they have to pay is 236.88 for the fees taxes etc....She sent me the email too....Not bad for a 4 nt on the Sovereign...Later, Jill

Club Royale is for those who gamble ALOT...I know some people that got invites on the Sovereign.....if you play the slots, they can keep track if you put your seapass into the machine(Im pretty sure Sovereign slots are like that).......it gives you points.you can earn free drinks, t shirts, hats and I guess free trips if you are a big gambler...

I spent too long creating a (legal) copy of my Harry Potter audiobook yesterday and never got around to my other chores, so I guess today is the day for that!

Happy Monday SPB's, I've been out making cruise money since 7am with my morning swimmers. Got confirmation that my jammies are shipped Yeh!! Now...... every one of you who bullied me into parading around in my jammies has to get in the pool with me and that means you too Chris

Jen, Group hug from me too. I'm afraid to try on some of my stuff.

I just bought a new carry-on suitcase and an awesome jacket with a hood and big patch pockets that is water proof and reversable. Perfect for Alaska. I decided since I have to pack all my toiletries in checked luggage, I would buy the biggest carry-on suitcase allowed and pack shoes and heavy things in it since they don't weigh those. That should leave more room in the other bags for all our stuff and the booty we'll be bringing back. I'm in the groove now.

PH8 is it or was it your birthday? Sending Happy Birthday wishes even if they are belated. You and I have so much in common!

Glad we made you feel a little better Jen. Being an only child, married to an only child and having an only child........I can't relate to sibling problems. There are days when I wished I had brothers and sisters and then there are days when I am so glad I don't.

Lost power again this morning for about an hour. They said it was supposed to be off for 3, but I guess they got the problem solved quicker than expected.

BTW......weather for us here is 75 degrees, sunny, very low humidity and a beautiful breeze coming off the lake. Have no idea what the weather is like across town............though I think it should be about the same.

Cut our front grass again in a t-shirt (had shorts on also)..........however, I wear that piece of foundation garment that lifts and separates, so our local police didn't have to stop by and stare at me.

Patti, would love to have some of your cooler weather here. It's supposed to be over 100 again today.

I bought a new jacket too, got mine from Land's End.
