| Marina, Again, thanks for the pictures they are great! I use Shortrips all the time and have never had a complaint, even with specialty created trips. Andy, the ship looks so beautiful! Wonderful pictures of NYC too Thank you both for sharing! | |

| Hello from Curacao! This was only my second time to Curacao ever and I decided to book the ostrich farm tour. What a hoot! Unfortunately our time here was short - only 7am to 2pm so that made for limited sightseeing. I'm glad I went to the ostrich farm as it was both fun and educational. |

| Greetings from Grenada! Nutmeg capital of the Caribbean!! This was my second time with ShoreTrips.com and, I booked the Private Spicy Half Day tour. It was a lot of fun and I only have the highest praises for ShoreTrips.com and, all fears and doubts I had about booking a tour with an independent tour company are now completely gone!
It has been an amazing cruise so far and, I'm looking forward to booking with all of you in 2009!
On a side note to those who might think that Cunard is "stiff" or "stuffy" - simply put, it isn't... Yes, it's reserved in the fact that they don't have hairy chest contests or games like Quest but, there are a number of "fun" things onboard like G52 which is the disco - it's lively until the early morning hours. The dance lessons have been a lot of fun, especially for those of us with two left feet! And, I've been enjoying the planetarium and I'm not particularly an astronomy freak but they offer very interesting lectures/shows on QM2. Additionally, I've been spoiling myself rotten in the Caynon Ranch Spa!! There are dart tournaments in the Golden Lion Pub, trivia games, and yes the obligatory games of BINGO are offered. There are also "themed" balls onboard such the Black and White Ball and the Pirate's Ball (kind of silly but still fun) - just be sure to arrive a bit later after things are in full swing. And, there are deck parties, movies and all kinds of things to keep you entertained.
The food has been excellent. The nightly shows are also excellent. I've lost in the casino but, heck, I had fun trying to win!! And everyone on-board has been exceptionally nice and the crew has gone out of their way to please.
In short, you aren't going to be bored!!
Photos of Grenada to be uploaded shortly! |
