Heck...It's nearly afternoon. I had to do an hour on the ol' treadmill this morning. Now I'm having some tea, and catching up.

Pete, why don't you do the diet challenge with us? Even if you don't need to lose any weight, you can help inspire us to get off our butts and exercise.

I probably could have. I maintain a pretty constant weight, and only wanted to drop about 5 lbs from the holidays...so I just do my thing.

My wife is over there though...she's doing great!
Maybe I'll pop in and crack the whip on you all!

Come on over, we can socialize on there too

I'm really hoping for a Ravens Eagles SB 'cause I have my doubts about them beating the Steelers. It's going to be interesting either way. BTW we just scored an up-grade to a Jnr suite on Indie
