Higher categories may be available in group inventory, or can be booked as individual reservations and then pulled into the group space for the amenities.

another option - my host (AVC) has limited group space on all 3 sailings and they are offering $100 OBC - once the space alloted is booked with names/deposits we'd have to book individually on current prices and pull the rooms into the group - the catch, with no TC (since it's not my own space allotment) I could not afford to escort the group.

My vote is Liberty of the Seas!

If you select a Royal Caribbean ship, I'll probably book.

Sounds good, will have to double check but can more than likely make that week, LOVE the Valentine's Day idea! Does anyone know if they sell roses by the dozen on the ship for delivery to the staterooms?

I'm sure we could find out if RCCL plans to do that - if they don't, I'll see what we might be able to arrange.

Week of the 14th works perfectly that's our mid winter break too! Would love to get out of the cold for a while! ANY ship, ANY line!

How long of a booking window do we have if we tell you we want Liberty of the Seas? In other words, how long before we absolutely positvely need to place a deposit? Oasis is my priority but, I don't want to lose out on this either.

I'll check back in a few days to see if this group is a go or not. I'm interested in Liberty of the Seas as well.

Liberty sounds good to me too. I haven't sailed on Freedom or Liberty yet and this would be a perfect excuse!

We can do Miami or FLL hotels - you can fly into either airport - and we can arrange whatever shuttles are necessary if not offered by the hotel.

I am a tentative yes, have to check to see if the kids are coming or not. If yes, two of the lowest balcony cabins available, otherwise, if we take one, we'll bump up to a mini-suite. I am ready to deposit pending ok from my wife.
