New Travel Agent Host for 2009 Viking Europe Cruise

Hello Everyone,

Anyone booked on this cruise has probably gotten the word that Tina has had me take over as host. I checked with Viking River Cruises today and my own booking from Friendly Cruises had already been cancelled. Tina let me know that everything IS Ok and we will get everyone rebooked ASAP and that no one will have to pay a dime more than they already have -

To get our group reformed, we need to find out the status of all bookings ASAP. So, please, if you were booked on this cruise (including contest winners) send me an email (rogers@TriangleCruises.com) with the following information:

• Names
  
• Contact information
  
• Booking Number
  
• Any money you have deposited for payment and/or upgrades
  
• Any flight or pre-/post-cruise arrangements made/needed
  
• Any special requests
  
• If you won this in a CF contest
  

Thank you for your help and patience! This should be a great cruise and a chance for me to meet some of my CF friends in person!

A few necessary details are still unfinished. Who would have thought that Viking doesn't have horse stalls on their boats? Seriously though, I have been working with Tina and Viking River Cruises on getting everything finalized. The cabins are available and I believe they will be the same as you had before. I will be sending out confirmations, as soon as I have them.
