| Hey...I've been to that waterfall! Dominca is soooooooo my favorite. It's what Hawaii probably once was before they built KFC and Wal-Marts all over it. Oh, and the people of Dominica are so nice and friendly! | |

Oh, and the people of Dominica are so nice and friendly! I can't wait. This itinerary is mind boggling. So for those that have been on Cunard in the past, what kind of group onboard activities do you think we can do? Usually I jump into planning mode and getting the group parties going but this is a whole new ball game. I don't think a pub crawl would work for this ship. So is there a Black/White ball onboard? What about a group spa day? Ladies, maybe we can make our own activities? We could have a red dress night? (Or whatever color you want to make it) |

I know Nina is going to love it too! And, actually... We're not planning a pub crawl but, rather a CABIN CRAWL This is going to be interesting!! |

| Blue is good - I was also thinking Green if we want to keep in a Holiday theme but, I know it's not a popular color. |

Marina, the easiest way to explain is to show you. We have a little scrapbooking section here on CF. I never did get any of my pages posted, but others have. Here is a link to Tina,(luv2hula) pages on webshots. She does really nice work. http://travel.webshots.com/album/553817542jNSEQu I was thinking maybe we could do a little Cunard themed mini album of the cruise. | |

| Scrapbooking is really a fun way to preserve your pictures for the future, as everything we use is acid free and won't harm the pictures. If you look at old picture albums that are in those plastic sleeves, they tend to fade or turn yellow, that's from the chemicals in the plastic. And not to mention a lot of people just shove all there pictures in boxes somewhere never to be seen again. For me it's also a social thing, I like to get together with friends and scrapbook together, kind of like the sewing and quilting circles of yesteryear.

| Susan - hey whatever color works, I'm in. I figured red and green because of it being a holiday cruise. You could always wear it again to another holiday party. But whatever color we pick, we can do a group picture. Then we can all match and be color coordinated. And yes, the guys could wear the color ties/vest/dress shirt whatever. Another onboard event that I think I'll be doing on my next cruise - slot pull in the Casino Everyone takes a preset amount - let's say $20 We all meet at the slots. We each put $20 in our own slot and play that $20 (like on a $1 machine you would play it 20 times) - then ALL of the winnings (if there are any) are divided amoung the group. Yes, chances are we'll each lose $20 in a minute or two but it will be fun. And I am in for a Night at the Spa. |
