Executive Administrative AssistantQualifications:Must be a High school graduate (business school or college a big plus),
proficient in MS Office applications. Must have good communication
skills and be service-oriented, well-organized, attentive to details
and able to handle multiple tasks at once. Positive attitude.
Duties: With minimal or no direction or guidance, performs complex secretarial and
administrative support for myself, Ron and those working on our
magazine and foundation. Prepares correspondence and reports. Screens
telephone calls and visitors. Schedules appointments, meetings, and
travel itineraries on a non-conflict basis. Within guidelines, makes
independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling
work. Uses various PC software packages such as spreadsheets, word
processing, graphics, etc. to produce high quality reports,
presentations or other documents. You will be reporting to both myself
and Ron directly.
This position is located in Manhattan (New York City)No relocation assistance is provided for this position.
Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Salary: Salary in accordance with experience and qualifications.
Vacation: 3 weeks to start plus paid holidays
