Voyager of the Sea 4-6-2008

Yup I have this spring fling cruise out of Galveston.

Going to two new ports of call that we have never been to.

Roatan and Progresso

This will be a great cruise as we have an AFT on the 9th deck,

And lots of OBC all ready.

Me and DH are thinking about this cruise on the Voyager also. We haven't totally decided yet. We will sail on the Voyager and it will be in April '08, but I haven't picked the date yet.

I notice a pretty big following on the CC roll call. We are going to miss the Rhapsody out of Galveston (been on Rhapsody 6x), but glad to see a voyager class ship coming. I just wish rcl would put a ship back in for good:(

We were booked on the Rhapsody out of Galveston and had a Junior Suite AFT booked for $899. When RCCL pulled the ship we were one of the first to book on the Voyager. We were lucky enough to get some real nice OBC because they pulled the ship out. But they would not give us the JS on the Voyager for the same price. So we settled for 9392. We would have taken the corner as we had the corner on the Navigator. But its kinda of triangle balcony. Thought the next one would give us more room.

Yup there is the Coffee Bar Club going for this cruise on Voyager.

Or as we call it the CBC

I'll also be sailing on this cruise- I have group space as 2 of my clients and fellow members of this board are getting married during the Cozumel stop.

We are still throwing this date around. Even though I don't drink coffee (DH does), we might become part of the CBC:sunny:

Our 1st experience with an aft cabin was on the Rhapsody. Wow what an experience. I found out I'm not an aft person. Of course, it could be due to the fact that we were trying to out run Hurricane Isadore all the way back home from Cozumel:affraid:

Bob I am sure we will meet then on the Voyager.

Thought about stopping by that wedding and giving those two a gift.

They need to have stuffed suitcases for the return trip.

Never had the opportunity to cruise while a Hurricane was chasing us.

We did however have to go to Cozumel on the Majesty because there was a hurricane heading toward the Bahama's. Our Captain kept us in smooth waters as the trip went from 3 stops to 1.

But we do love the AFT

Hi gang, just stopping by on the cf forum to bump us up It's official. DH & I signed up for this cruise while on the Jewel. I really think I've cruises with some of you guys before on the Rhapsody.

Good Morning to all our Voyagers. What a wonderful weekend we had here in Big D. But it is going to change back this week to cooler temps and rain. We do need the rain, but I'm ready to jump on the Voyager of the Seas

Was trolling around and landed here, saw your pictures & had a look...GREAT site to look at a ship you are sailing, reliving memories or just wishing! Thanks for taking the time to document. We leave in a month on the Soveriegn, was nice to get a nice tour pre-boarding.

Just 5 more days. Wooohoooo. Did anyone realize that there are 119 people signed up for meet/mingle on Voyager????

Just wanted to pop in and let everyone know that the Voyager was a blast. Crew members were fantastic. The CD-Eric Dowes is truly funny and was great.

We visited the western caribbean - and my favorite port was Roatan. We went to a private beach resort Fins n Flippers. This is a well kept secret. Breathtakingly beautiful place. The manager, Cindy, does a great job keeping the place immaculate. The snorkeling was great and the service was excellent.

By the way, SteveHCMM - where were you guys????
