| In NYC the groundhog bit the Mayor's finger. That might mean even longer Snow comes here in Monreal late November and is usually all gone by mid April. | |

| YAY!! ONLY 6 more weeks of winter?!??! I'm excited!
ha ha ha My MIL says it has to snow on the crocus' heads 3 times - then it's done with snowing until next season. She has been right the times I remember to think about it! However, the latest day of the season - with measurable snow fall in NY state - was on my bday - May 18. Think it was in 73 or 74. So, it ain't over, till it's over. | |

| I'm curious, when was the last time Phil did not see his shadow? It always seems like 6 more weeks of winter (and then some). | |

| I spent GroundHog Day watching the movie "Groundhog Day"! Love it & Bill Murray! And just so Phil is proven correct, it is snowing here today & just got the phone call from the school district cancelling all afterschool activities, except sports. They'll make that decision later. Towanda | |

| I'm still betting that winter will be over soon. We have had with the exception of an ice day or two, a warm winter. It is supposed to be 70 degrees by the weekend. I do miss seeing snow. We rarely see any that. I have to visit siblings in the NE to see it. I did talk to a friend in London yesterday, and he said London was pretty much shut down by a winter storm, which is pretty unusual for them. I hope that it warms up soon for all of you with bad weather right now, or you are on a cruise in the next month! |

| On the east coast, I think winter will be hanging around for awhile. It has been bitterly cold so far this season but no major snow storms in the Philly-area yet. | |

| Is now not the time to mention that it will be 80+ here is sunny Southern California today? That my child was wearing shorts yesterday? That I wore capris and flip flops? | |

Bite me! (just kidding). I'm just jealous since I'll have to wait a couple of months to put the top down on mine. |
