| This is turning out to be a sizeable group - by Cunard standards. Nina, can you fill us in regarding minimum requirements, I know most cruise lines it's usually 8 cabins, 16 passengers to qualify as a group, any difference with Cunard. And, also is there such as thing as a maximum?
Thanks!

| Eddie, With Cunard it depends on the sailing. Some of the less popular dates and World Cruises you only need 5 cabins/10 passengers to qualify as a group. The most popular sailings, like Christmas, takes 8 cabins/16 passengers to qualify as a group. However, even if the group dips below that number the pricing and amenities are still guaranteed. There really are no maximum number of cabins a group can hold unless you start to get really large (over 1/4 of the capacity of the ship) in which case you need management approval. (That's when it's nice to have a direct line to the management ) | |

| That would be 764 people or 382 cabins of the ship's maximum capacity or 648 people/324 cabins of the lower berth capacity. That is a very large group! But, considering the size of the group now and the growth potential for the boards I can see it in the future! Especially, if this becomes a yearly group that people just start planning on. | |

I'm so sorry but the AA category is double occupancy only However, there are several connecting cabins in AA. The quad categories include Q5 and most oceanview & inside categories. Are you traveling with children? There are insides across the hall from the AA's. Dining might be a problem unless you were not planning on bringing them to the Britannia Club anyway. Otherwise, you may be able to get a waiver to allow the children to join you. Regardless, we can work something out.

| Nina our "kids" are 22 and 23! I guess we'll have to see if it's more economical to get two insides or a quad Princess or Queens grill. I have a feeling the vote will be for two insides, 3 woman and 1 man = no time in the bathroom for me | |

| Alex, the nice thing about having 2 insides would be the 2 bathrooms! You could also look at a balcony/inside combo since your "kids" are old enough to be on their own, they could just be across the hall. You would still have 2 bathrooms and the balcony | |

Otherwise, you may be able to get a waiver to allow the children to join you. Regardless, we can work something out. Actually the layout of the ship has a corridor hiding the singles from the balcony cabins. Therefore in most cases when you leave an AA cabin you are completely unaware of the insides - until you pass the end of the corridor, which does turn to the main ship-long corridor. How do you suppose that a waiver would be granted? I'd for one be most angry if I found that I'd paid the extra for AA and that there were "normal" Britannia passengers freeloading - especially as the area is not large. Matthew
