| What an excellent choice Andy! (And Murray, they allow up to 4 in a room) Although, I didn't get a chance to tour any hotels I made mental notes while in Southampton about where the they were located and the Devere is in a great location. They are within walking distance to a McDonald's for internet! ( you all know how much I LOVE going to Micky D's for wifi! ) | |

| ****Announcement**** I have heard from my Rep that we should expect a March release date vs an April date. So, some house keeping matters are in order. Below is an outline of how the booking process will proceed... During the Live Chat promotional evening Booking Forms will be available for request via email, snail mail or fax. Booking forms will be available at anytime after the Live Chat evening by emailing me. Once space is released and the sale week is set up and announced, just fax, email or snail mail the forms to my office. If you wish to book by phone please contact me to request a credit card authorization form. Forms will be easy to fill out and in addition to personal & payment information will note your cabin type, location, a space for the released price to fill in, as well as notify me of any "extras" needed. Once received, they will be processed during the sale week and a confirmation for the CRUISE ONLY will be sent to you. If there is a question or something you requested is not available we will call you with your options prior to booking. After the sale week (and rush) is over I will be contacting you to go over the details such as air, insurance etc. as these are always very easy to add once the cabin is booked but take up considerable time here in the office that will be needed to confirm everyone's cabins during the sale week. I ask that during the sale weeks you keep your questions to those essential in making your booking. Once the sales are over you can ask as many questions as you wish about anything cruise related | |

| Nina, would it be easier for you, from those of us who "know" we are booking for sure, to give you our preliminary information to you earlier than the Live Conference? For example, get our credit card authorization forms and desired cabins etc lined up?
Just a passing thought. I know you're going to be swamped and, I think I speak for everyone when I say we want to make things as easy as possible on you.

| Eddie, You must be anxious to book ! Actually, I can probably have the forms ready by this weekend for those who want to get the process started early. Although, you could be waiting almost 7-8 weeks for that confirmation depending on when they actually release the space. Getting the forms out, back, printed off, checked over and making phone calls with questions/ comments does take time. If we have the form in house and just need to insert the price and make the booking, it is a very quick process. Thank you so much for your efforts to make this easy on me, it is very nice and much appreciated Not all groups have that mindset! So, for those of you who are so excited you just want to start doing something, feel free to request a form starting Friday evening. | |

| Nina, sounds like you're going to have your hands full!! If we're not fussy about our cabin locations, would it be easier for you if some of us lag behind for a few days to let you get those high demand cabins like quads, triples or other such requirements fulfilled first?

| Kat, Actually, if you still want to send in your forms it will be just fine. When the space is released I will be going through the forms I have in house and organizing them according to type. Quads, triples and adjoining cabins will be processed first, specific cabin numbers & suites next and the rest according to the receipt date. Those received the week of will be inserted into this order accordingly (If I am working on suites and a form comes for a Quad I will work on that next before moving onto the next suite etc.) Calls back to arrange for the other details will also go out in the same order. Depending on the actual demand I may be able to move on to cabins like yours rather quickly. If I find our office flooded with forms I will talk to my rep about extending the sale week to accommodate. So, the more forms I have in hand before the sale the better organized I can be and the faster I can get through them. | |
