Very Tall Husband Question About Bedding

We've been following the Cunard 2009 Christmas Cruise tread with great interest and, I have a question - my husband is exceptionally tall he is 6'8", as always our concern is the bed, are any of the beds on the ship king beds?

Which ship are you inquiring about? Most ships have the twin beds that do convert to an almost King size. But it's the length that may be a problem. I'm 6'3" and have never been on a ship where my feet don't hang off the end of the bed.

Some of the cruise lines offer bed-extenders (but they have to be requested in advance). I know specifically on Princess the maintenance dept comes in and installs the bed extender while the ship is being "turned around" in port.

I'm not 100% sure if Cunard offers this same service, but it is definitely worth looking into (or having your TA look into for you).
