don't hold your breath. she doesn't have the money to pay, and what money she did have she decided to use as a bribe to one individual apparently, instead of settling up with any contest winners.

why anyone would book with ron is beside me.. he took the bribe and that to me is hush money, so as him being a ta i would stay clear of him

It is time to lodge a complaint with the authorities. It is against the law to offer a prize and then not award it. Time for us all to press charges. I won a cruise and will not be going anywhere.

I agree...why would any book with Ron as a TA? He should have been pursuing things legally. He doesnt have people skills to be a travel agent

unfortunately, it's not a crime, because no one paid to enter any of the contests. No money changed hands. No laws were broken.

however, if you'd like to pursue civil legal action against Tina, we have confirmation THAT case can be made against her personally.

if you all want an honest ta and i mean honest use mine.. she does not keep money when rates go down she always applys to mine. She has called the line everyday to see if rates have gone done. She even drove 2 hrs. before i got on my ship in vancouver, bc to take me to breakfast then drove us to the port.
When you call her she is the one that answers never have to get alot of different people.

Yes you had to pay an upgrade but you should have gotten that refunded.
Are you saying you didn't? What cruise are you referencing? I'm
positive nina cancelled all the QM2 cruises so your credit card should
have been credited.
