Tomorrow, St. Patrick's Day is very special for me. It is my 19th anniversary. Not to bad for a couple that met 4 months before they got married, engaged less than 2 months after they met, pulled the wedding plans together in 1 weeks time, sat back for 5 weeks before we got married in a pub. Although neither of us are Irish I think luck was with us.

Whenever you sail with us and want to hear the whole story just ask. Here is a hint. I met him in a grocery store!

Well, irish breakfast in Philly is just a pint of guinness lol but traditionally, it is eggs, irish sausage, irish bacon, beans, pudding and brown bread

that just doesn't sound like something that would sit so well in my belly at that time of the day

Greta - Happy Anniversary!!!

Today is very special to me, too. Last year during this time, my twins were in the NICU. My husband was visiting them, and Charlie crashed. The doctors and nurses performed CPR and brought him back. My babies are perfect 1 year olds now- if I do say so myself. i'll never forget how close we came with Charlie on St. Patrick's Day, though. Talk about a lucky, lucky day.

I love St Patricks Day, BRAGH is just such a fun word, it sounds like a horse... and since the old Erin go Bragh phrase I can't help but trying to coax my wife into saying it since her name is Erin. Yeah I'm a nerd, but seem to be easily amused this way.

Happy St. Paddy's day to all. Here in Chicago they dye the river green for the parade. Though both, yes there are 2 parades in Chicago, were over the weekend.
