| well from what i can see you get your own special dining room called blu and it's like a specialty dining room where the food is cooked to order. supposedly you have to make a reservation if you want to eat in the main dining room with us peons. |

| That's the part I wanted to know - so we're "forced" to Blu and have to make reservations for main dining room? I'm not sure I like that... |

| Hi Nick, I've done it twice. It is the same as a regular concierge class cabin 194 square feet and a 42 sq ft balcony(the larger balconies are on the angled humps) all of which are on the penthouse deck with some suites on deck 11. You are assigned to the speciality restaurant Blu(which is inluded in the price of the room) but you can switch to the main dining room if you want. We also paid the upcharge and dined in some of the other speciality restaurants on other evenings. We got a pitcher of specialty teas every day, and basically unlimited bottled water every day. It has a Hansgrohe shower panel in the shower, and you get to use the steam, relaxation and sauna rooms for free. You also get priority booking for all spa appointments(time wise), and nicer towels and robes to use in the rooms than regular cabins. All of the cabins are located on the penthouse deck, and will only contain 2 people in a cabin. There is a separate entrance on the front of deck 11 that will lead to the spa area and separate spa booking desk. When I went before, there wasn't much of a difference in price between the Concierge class 1 price and aquaspa. I posted a link to my Sosltice pictures under Celebrity, if you want to see what the cabin and ship looked like. Have a good afternoon, Kelcie |

| Nick and Pat, Blu isn't healthy eating, they did serve lobster and steak, it's more of a lighter sauce cuisine. I've got a link to some of the menus before. I'll try and find it for you. Kelcie |

| i am on the phone with celebrity. this is what she said: aqua class eats in blu which is like a specialty dining room. if you are not in aqua class you can TRY to make a reservation and pay the extra $30 per person but it may be doubtful you can get in. if you are in aqua class you will have to make a reservation in the main dining room if you want to eat with the peons but that is not guaranteed either. you do get to go to the spa/steam room/persian gardens relation rooms for free. that's the deal according to the certified travel planner from celebrity. |

| kelcie - that woman told me you can't change to the main dining room - you can only try to make a reservation for that night. see they don't always know what they're talking about. you need someone who has actually done it. |

| Pat, We had no problem switching to eat in the main dining room with our friends. Lots of people wanted to try Blu, and the other speciality restaurants,so there will always be empty seats in the main dining room. Now as to which table you get to sit with, that's another question! Kelcie |

| Here's some notes of two days' menus (without the desserts-they have them,I just don't remember them) from a seven day sailing. They definitely have meat and fish every evening. They had lobster on the formal nights, and steaks on most nights. The salads were very good in my opinion. ◦ *Grilled and Sliced Beef Tenderloin, Asparagus Salad and Artichoke Vinaigrette
* • Entrées ◦ Duck Confit Ravioli, Ratatouille Vegetables and Tomato Herb Reduction ◦ Sautéed Halibut in Fuille de Brick, Yellow Corn and Lobster Chowder ◦ Roasted Chicken Breast, Black Eyed Beans, Smoke Pork and Natural Jus ◦ Charred Veal Loin, Cauliflower Purée, Grilled Zucchini and Porcini Mushroom Ragout ◦ Daily Vegetable, Cassolette of Garden Vegetable
Day 4 Solstice Blu Menu * • Appetizers ◦ Marinated Grilled Eggplant, Sundried Tomato Olive Fricassee, Sweet Basil Hearts and Parmesan Coulis ◦ Agus Beef Carpaccio, Black Truffle Aioli, Herb Salad, Garlic Chips ◦ Lump Crab Martini, Avocado, Cucumber and Crispy Spiced Boondi ◦ • Soups & Salads ◦ Chilled Asparagus Soup, Goat Cheese, Toasted Pistachios, Lemon Oil ◦ Sweet Red Bell Pepper Soup, Corn and Shrimp Ragout ◦ Arugula Salad, Hearts of Palms, Feta Cheese, Sundried Tomato, Toasted Pine Nuts and White Balsamic Emulusion ◦ Shaved Fennel and Citrus Salad, Baby Mache and Blood Orange Emulsion * • Salad Entrée ◦ Grilled Lamb Chops, Rocket Salad, Goat Cheese, Red Onion, Roasted Red Peppers and Balsamic Glaze * • Entrées ◦ Rigatoni Pasta, Chicken Confit, Basil and Parmesan Tomato Sauce ◦ Lemongrass Infused Seafood Nage, Whole Shrimps, Clams, Mussels, Calamari, Celery Root and Edamame Beans ◦ Pomegranate Glazed Duck Breast, Crispy Leg, Grilled Radicchio, Wild Rice Pilaf and Star Anise Sauce ◦ Grilled Rib Eye Steak, Warm White Bean Truffle Salad with Natural Jus ◦ Daily Vegetable, Primavera Lasagna |
