| I worked in solitary confinement for 7 years and the inmates used the toilet to store their milk. They would call it the "fridge" because the toilet water was very cold. Thats nasty | |

In the bowl or in the tank? The water in the tank is actually very sanitary - in the event of a natural disaster we've been trained that it is usable water. And "back in the day" when my parents were in college, that's where my mom would hide the 6 pack of beer (and keep it cold at the same time). |
