| I wish to take a day excursion to Troy from Istanbul which takes 14 hrs I believe. Are there any cruises that accomodate such a trip ? ie dock early in the morning and depart late ? Or would I have to go before or after the cruise ? | |

| I have been looking at trying to get to Istanbul on a med cruise ,and I have found that it appears frequently as a departure point. I would go the days before option and depart out of Istanbul because of the time frame involved. In fact you may want to see Hagia Sophia a 5th century Byzantine Church turned Mosque or shop at the Grande Bizzar which has no GST or PST. | |
