Interview wirth QM2 Food and Beverage Manager

I recently did an interview with Bernhard Fischer , the Food and Beverage Manager on Queen Mary 2. He is in charge of all the bars and restaurants on the ship, which is a big part of the experience on any passenger ship. He spoke about why Queen Mary 2 is different than other cruise ships and what his department is trying to do. We also spoke about staffing and provsioning the ship. I hope tyou find it interesting.
