Wow, you guys are really moving full steam ahead with the planning - this is great! Excellent job of getting preliminary prices for us Dr. Donna, much appreciated. This way we can all get a feeling for costs.

How about if we have some type of door prize or door prizes to encourage people to attend the pre-cruise party. I was going suggest on-board credit but, after checking the gift certificates they have to be redeemed 10 days prior to sailing: https://www.royalcaribbeancertificates.com/

Any other ideas?

Depends on the DJ - probably 1/3 to 1/2 upfront (nonrefundable) and the balance at the party. Tina (Admin) and I will have to put together all the costs, figure out what's nonrefundable, etc. and come up with a final per person group price structure.

Another question - Susan - can we still form our own group even if Royal Caribbean doesn't have "official" group space on the Inaugural for Genesis? I think we'd all like to meet up regardless - am I right everyone?
