Princess 2010 - 4th of July - Broadway Show Poll

For all you Princess and Momma Mia fans - there's a chance you might get to see ABBAcadabra - an ABBA tribute band - on a Princess ship near you! We had them on the Ruby in Nov. and they were heading off to some other ship in the fleet when they left us. Great show if you get a chance to see it. Ruby also premiered a new Broadway revue that had a good number of ABBA tunes in it.

Sorry I've been silent for a while. My husband applied for a job overseas, so it's been a little crazy here!! We hope to hear something in a couple of weeks.

No worries Robyn, I'm not going anywhere. My husband is a helicopter pilot and would do 2 months on--1 month off rotation helping the troops in either Afghanistan or Iraq. I'd stay here in Orlando!!!! If he does get the job, you may be seeing MORE of me!!!

Unfortunately, by next year we'll be voting on different selections but, that's ok, still lots of good selections available on broadway, in spite of so many shows closing in 2009.

Doh! The voting is closed on this one. Bummer. I think Hairspray is closing at the end of the year, so that may not be an option any longer. Same for Legally Blonde. If I find out more, I'll let you know!

Yep, lots of shows are closed including Hairspray and Legally Blonde but, some great new shows opened this year like Guys and Dolls and South Pacific, so, there are still choices!!
