| First, let me just say this is literally just a passing thought but, I wanted to put it up the flag poll and see if it flies.
How many of you would be interested in a Valentine's Day cruise in 2009?
Cruise Line Ship Length Date
All to be determined
Poll is open for 100 days beginning August 10, 2007

| Great idea NYC Cruiser! I love cruising during the winter and what could be more fun and romantic than a Valentine's Day cruise.
My cruise lines suggestions are:
Princess Cruise Lines - (yes, the love boat factor is swaying me a bit here)
Royal Caribbean - Either Voyager, Freedom or Radiance Class
Celebrity - specifically Celebrity Solstice (the newest ship in the Celebrity fleet) |

| This is going to depend on a few factors for us - like if we get the Grand Princess Holiday Cruise 2008 Group going, we'll have to pass on this one. If that one falls through then yes, we'd be interested in this one.
I second Celebrity Solstice!

| We might be interested pending more details, we always cruise in February usually President's week but, we could bump back a week to Valentine's Day if you people come up with something special.
Keep us posted. Will check back here regularly.

| Cruise Virgin, you've made me think about this and, let's approach it in this manner. Let's all agree on what type of cruise and length and then we'll select the ship.
I'm going to start another poll called Valentines' Day Group 2009 Destination Poll, and, I'll include:
-Eastern Caribbean -Western Caribbean -Southern Caribbean -Other
How does sound? This way we can start making head-way |

| They all sound great - to me - just getting out of the cold weather would be appealing so the ship and itinerary are just the icing on the cake. | |

| I'm willing to go Valentine's week but, just a thought, President week MIGHT be better, many schools have that week off for mid-winter break. I'm open to just about anything | |
