| Subject: Celebrity/Royal Caribbean Onboard Credit Information Fri Nov 02, 2007 5:24 pm | |
| Forwarded from Host Bob Hi Everyone, Apparently Celebrity and Royal Caribbean have different rules regarding the onboard credits you receive when booking a Future Cruise onboard. As most of you know, the Royal Caribbean Next Cruise Program bases the Onboard Credit on the length of the cruise. Celebrity recently made changes to their Celebrity Passages Program which now base the onboard credit on the dollar amount of the new booking. Below is a grid which details the amount of the onboard credit you will receive against the cruise fare. Each program allows bookings between cruise lines— RCI Next Cruises can be used to book a Celebrity Cruise, however the Celebrity Passages OBC guidelines will override those of RCI. Conversely, if you convert a Celebrity Passages booking toward a Royal Caribbean cruise, your OBC will be based on the length of the cruise per RCI’s Next Cruise Policy.
