You guys are nutts. I'm glad to see that everyone is fascinated with what I do. Hell maybe I should run for office. While I have everyones attention I do have a little bit of good news. I heard back from Victory Junction Gang. They gave us the go ahead to raise funds for them. I plan to go up to NC and volunteer at the camp for a week sometime soon. While I am there I will tale pictures and blog about my experiences. I know we have a lot of charity cruises coming up and I hope that if you cannot make the cruise you donate in some way.....

that would be great ron. even though i couldn't make the cruise i would be more than willing to make a donation. enjoy your week at the camp.

Ok thanks for volunteering. When I set up the trip you are going to spend a week with me at the camp helping the kids. Thank you so much for volunteering. Make sure you pack plenty of "OFF" for bugs. Oh and don't forget your tooth brush. It's just like packing for a cruise only without the ship, without the caribbean, and with 10 times as many kids...we will have a blast!

Princess cruises is NOT camping....

I have dual recliners, flat panel TV, A/C, screen porch, deck, 10 speaker surround...and a campfire.

No that's luxury camping!

My son is in Boy Scouts and loves camping. I hate it. So, I work behind the scenes as the webmaster and a Committee Member for the troop. I don't go on any of the camping trips.

I tell people that my idea of roughing it, is having an inside cabin on a cruise ship instead of a balcony, or staying in a Holiday Inn because the Marriott is over booked.
