Count me in ... I finished the last book on the first day.

I'll chat Harry Potter anytime. Which was your favorite book and why? For me, it was the very first one (Sorcerer's Stone) - I just found it so different than other books I read and it hooked me right away. I must have read it 20 times and I couldn't wait for each of the new books and films to come out. I have to admit, I still think all the books were better than any of the movies - but I still enjoy those as well.

Books are always better than movies.

Huge Harry fan here! Loved every book...each for their own reasons. I don't think I could pick one to be my favorite. Content with the wrap up of the final book, but what are we to do with no more Harry to look forward to?

I hope JKR does what she said she might do ... an encyclopedia of characters ... but I don't expect it to be published until well after the 7th movie, and that won't be out until May 2010!!!

I Harry Potter - the book series got my students to do something I thought was impossible - to read for pleasure!

For me, it's Dumbledore

I love Hermione because she shows that girls can be smart.
