2010 Christmas Cruisers Time To Vote for A Restaurant

This for the second evening of our pre-cruise stay and this will be the evening we go to Radio City for the Christmas Spectacular

Wow, Nick! Thanks for the review. And while I think it would be neat to try one of the Italian offerings previously reviewed, I think the Rock Center Cafe has to be the hands-down front runner! After all, we will be there for the magical holiday atmosphere and your pictures certainly took care of that! We can't wait!

Agreeing with Nick that I can get better Italian food home, my vote goes to Rock Center Cafe

RCC for me.............I think that was the place I ate at once........not sure how long its been there,but I know for sure I ate at a restaurant(back in the 80s) that was right there........

Thanks Nick for the great job in reviewing these restaurants. Since I have lived in Florida these past 40 years, I really have forgotten how beautiful New Yprk City can be at Christmastime. Looking forward to meeting all on this wonderful cruise.

Tina, I think we can probably close the poll right now! Rock Center Cafe is winning without any competition

since I've never been to NYC......anything is wonderful!!!

Food...........did somebody mention Food?

Like Julie, we have never been to NYC either, but the Rock Center Cafe sounds like a great choice.

Thanks so much for your time in doing this. Rock Center Cafe all the way!! Being from Martha's Vineyard I am used to expensive!! Ha ha....Happy New Year!!

We are also putting in our vote for the Rock. The pictures sold us. How cool to dine by the rink!!!!!!! Also the dessert menu .... Yummo!!! ....

Gee, so you guys really want Carmine's huh? Ok, I'll leave this open for a bit longer but, I think it's safe to say that our dinner on the second evening in Manhattan will be at Rock Center Cafe.

What I'll try to do is see if they'll include passes for Top of the Rock (which is the observation deck at the top of Rockefeller Center, here's the link: http://www.topoftherocknyc.com/) and we'll let small groups of 8 or 10 people at a time go up and then come down and let the next group go up. Or something like that - no worries, we'll work it out so it's included. Even if we have to go up after the Christmas Show at Radio City.

We did the 3-D tour on the website. That was really neat!!!

Good, always like to make the boss happy. And, I know, if I had the camera before now, I would have taken photos of the other places but, oh well... I think the group is making the right choice.

Well I ate my first ever Pizza in Naples and been hooked ever since, so anything with Napoli in the name will get my vote. Not that I have a chance of swaying the vote on this one
